About Becky

As a senior leader, overseeing international teams, I have first-hand experience of nurturing and growing my teams’ skills, as well as influencing decision-making at C-suite level.

I am energised by a genuine passion for seeing others flourish in their careers and realise their full potential as they navigate their unique life trajectories.

My coaching philosophy is “whole” person-centred. I believe in a non-directive, non-judgemental approach, infused with solution-focused techniques and positive psychology.

I am a Chartered Tax Accountant (CTA) by training, hold a MA in Employment Relations & Law, Coaching Skills Certificate, Practitioner Diploma in Executive Coaching and Positive Psychology in Coaching Certificate.

I am an associate certified coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and excellence in my practice, ensuring that each coaching journey is a catalyst for profound personal and professional growth.

I came across this quote in my late 20’s and two thoughts immediately occurred to me.

 

  • Life should be lived intentionally, with some sense of direction & purpose. Knowing there will be obstacles and challenges along the way, I should have a vague idea of how I wish my career (& life) to go.
  • We each have our own unique life journey/path, so the only person I am competing against is myself – Where have I been? Where am I now? Where do I want to go? And what do I need to do to get there?
